Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

All sales are final, however, we will work diligently to ensure your satisfaction with our customer service by provided accommodations, which will be determined by the circumstances.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return, exchange, refund, or be accommodated, due to the current climate and health risks.

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason you will receive credit for the same amount.

 

Shipping Policy

Turnaround

Please note, all orders will require a processing time of 3 - 5 business days. Please allow up to an additional 5 days for shipping.

This policy does not take into account major holidays, or any blackout dates determined by management.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to make revisions prior to placing your order if you choose to do so.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Pin'D Up Energy is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transition, or packages to be delivered to an address provided by the consumer.  However, upon inquiry, Pin'D Up Energy will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and all other shipping carrier information for your record and investigative purposes.
